AS814 is a dormant legacy autonomous system registered under ARIN to MCI Communications Services, Inc. (d/b/a Verizon Business), carrying the historical name UUNET-CANADA — and it has not been visible in the global BGP routing table since roughly March 2018.

The ASN originated as UUNET Canada Inc.'s network before folding into MCI/Verizon Business ownership. ARIN's RDAP registry status for the autnum record is "active" (meaning the registration itself has not been deregistered), but that is a record-level status distinct from routing activity: every routing source checked (RIPEstat, bgp.he.net, bgp.tools, CAIDA AS Rank) agrees AS814 currently announces zero IPv4 and zero IPv6 prefixes.
